What Does J-Life Mean?
J-Life stands for Jesus’ life. J-Life Ministries’ seeks to model youth ministry and young people’s lives on how Jesus lived and ministered.
How Did J-Life Come About?
J-Life International was founded in South Africa in 2001 by John and Lorna Abrahamse. J-Life exists primarily to influence and develop leaders who will in turn minister in local communities by developing healthy youth ministries through leadership training. Since J-Life has been in action, almost 200 youth leaders have been trained on the African continent to date. Coaching teams and J-Life interns have impacted local churches, developed established youth ministries and trained over 200 lay youth leaders!
